JERA Group Explores a Partnership to Jointly Develop Solar Power Plants Aimed at Reducing Ryohin Keikaku’s CO2 Emissions

JERA Cross Co., Inc. (“JERA Cross”) hereby announces that JERA Co., Inc. (“JERA”) and Ryohin Keikaku Co., Ltd. (“Ryohin Keikaku”) have signed a basic agreement to explore a partnership to jointly develop solar power plants aimed at reducing Ryohin Keikaku’s CO2 emissions.

Under the recent basic agreement signed by the three companies, JERA group and Ryohin Keikaku will explore the joint development of new solar power plants aimed at reducing Ryohin Keikaku’s CO2 emissions and consider schemes and frameworks for collaboration among the three companies.
