If there are charges from general electricity distribution companies or others for construction costs associated with supplying electricity to customers, incurred due to the commencement, changes, or other aspects of your contract, we will invoice you for the corresponding amount.

Delivery timeframe

We will determine the start date of supply in consultation with the customer, complete necessary procedures, and promptly provide electricity.

Payment due date

Set individually per contract (typically, 30 days from the day after the obligation to pay arises).
