Regarding the commencement of a business partnership between JERA Cross and West Holdings for the promotion of corporate GX through solar PPA business

JERA Cross Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "JERA Cross"), subsidiary of JERA Co., Ltd., has decided to start business partnership with West Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "West HD") concerning the domestic solar PPA business aimed at promoting corporate GX.

The introduction of clean and economically rational solar PPA as a solution for domestic companies to advance GX is steadily spreading. By combining their respective strengths related to GX, JERA Cross and West HD will provide comprehensive support from the formulation of customer strategies and roadmaps to the implementation of solar PPA, further advancing initiatives to accelerate GX for more companies.

In the future, both companies will collaborate in the following two areas.
・Provision of corporate solar PPA services by JERA Cross at West HD's solar power plants
・Supply of surplus power by JERA Cross from rooftop solar power installed by West HD's

Furthermore, both companies will not only focus on the solar PPA business but will also advance　 discussions and concretization towards providing new solutions such as battery storage and collaboration with local governments.
